   While I appreciate this may not be the place to mention this but despite all the press and governing authority claiming to be looking out for the mental health of your clients I really don’t see why this whole situation would have happened in a normal world. Surely when the balance is paid it should include any admin charges a final balance. To discover I was short by £33. And to receive the many text and emails despite trying to settle this on line it wasnt till I called up the matter could be resolved and while the lady I spoke to was very Professional the undercurrent of humiliating debit left by an abusing ex partner do reduce me to tears long after i felt I had dealt with the issue.

   The advisor was patronising and made me feel insignificant. She told me to address her formally as Mrs ********. I was upset by the end of the call and all efforts to try to resolve this debt went in vain. It took a lot to ask for help. Now I understand why some people simply struggle on!!!.

   I was terrified given my personal circumstances, and scared of how they would accommodate that given the timing and how far things were progressing. I had a very good chat with Rebecca in the chat window at Restons who was very understanding and helpful in helping me understand my situation and how they could help going forward even when I thought it was too late. She was attentive and knowledgeable which really helped and gave me peace of mind that there is always a way as long as you’re willing to work with them and even confirmed our discussion in email so that I would not be paranoid something would happen despite our chat which would stress me out. Wonderful service even if they are there to get money…. They are not belittling at all in my opinion

   I must say I was very nervous when making my phone call today due to an outstanding debt , due to the current circumstances with the cost of living and personal issues. I had Sophie was a wonderfully polite and pleasant to speak to deal with my call today so professional and courteous and really took the time to understand my situation and we was able to come to an agreement and take a bit of pressure off myself great service all around.
