Left my Drax in their care and couldn't be happier, he is still the sweet little nutter I sent to them and was instantly purring when he got home which shows he felt safe and happy.... The owners really do care and are knowledgeable about cat behaviour. They are very accommodating, even when you arrive half a day early to drop your cat off and forget to tell them! They don't mind you calling for cat updates. And the inside of the pen is heated which my cat loved.
Great cattery. Debbie and Liz clearly love cats and work hard to ensure they all know it. Sometimes I wonder if our cat, George, would rather stay with them then come home :) I feel very comfortable dropping him off there and know that he will be very well looked after and loved whilst we are away.
My 2 cats stayed here for the first time this year. I was so upset leaving them, so I emailed whilst on my hols, and knowing they were settling well made me happy. It is lovely, clean and well maintained. Our cats are clearly loved and well taken care of. I will definitely be booking them in again. Would highly recommend.
I would never leave my cats at any other cattery! We have been using Greenacres Cattery for years. The establishment is clean and spacious - but so much more in that Debbie and Liz love my cats and care for them as I would. I come back to happy well loved cats each and every time.
We went to meet the owner and have a look at the cattery as we haven't used it before but need a place for our elderly cat (Smokey) to stay for a couple of days. Very helpful and the cattery looks superb. No concerns whatsoever.
This was the first time we booked our cat in at Greenacres, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. She was looked after so well over the Christmas break. Her dietary requirements were taken into account and she was very happy when i collected her.
This is an absolutely wonderful cattery. It was the first time we booked in our 18 week old cats to stay and were a little nervous to part with them. We needn't be. We were instantly put at ease by the owners and knew they would be well looked after. Their facilities are immaculate and every care is taken to make sure your beloved pet has everything they need. They even kept in touch with us whilst we were away, to let us know how our kittens were doing. We've already booked again!
