   Used Macaskills for a simple house purchase. Really good communication from all there. There was some confusion regarding the lifetime ISA I used for my deposit, however this was rectified in ok time and was less of an issue for me as there was no chain involved. Overall, good communication and price. Would recommend.

   Would stay away. Misadvised my former partner to claim over £3500 in Child Maintenance from myself despite us having complete equal care of our child. Luckily CMS were in agreement with myself however severe malpractice from Macaskills.
