   I would definitely recommend JF Law to anyone who is in need of solicitors or legal help. I had a somewhat personal and sensitive case, that the team helped me with. They treated me with respect and compassion, they were also very professional and knowledgeable. Even though my case was handled within a couple different team members (through no fault of their own, the other party took quite some time) each transition was seamless and each person I worked with was helpful, professional and understanding.    At first I was quite skeptical given some of the reviews on here but honestly they couldn’t have done a better job with an out of time application. Customer service & Care is amazing they really do strive for quality of service. Mia was amazing she was so patient, understanding and always went the extra mile for my case even though the Likelihood of the claim being accepted was low she and her team went above and beyond every single time.    My case involved my front tooth getting chipped while eating bread from a well known store. I was especially frustrated as I am very conscious of my teeth. I contacted JF Law who took my case on. After some months, my case escalated and Karen Powell took over. Communication was great with a monthly update. There was a period of around 3 months where I received no update, however all it took were a few chase-up emails to be brought up to speed. Karen recommended I visit a dentist who provided an estimation for the costs to repair of my chipped tooth. She went the extra mile and reached out to the dentist to get a better understanding of the lifetime repair costs. In the end, the outcome couldn't have been any better. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend JFLaw.
