   I paid £540 for a professional will drafting service. The service was anything but professional. Work was undertaken by a trainee who didn’t even have the courtesy to check her own work, let alone have a qualified superior proofread it before she sent me the most disturbingly low quality draft of a legal document I have ever received. The base document itself contained MANY errors not even specific to me, most of which were in bold, upper case letters, making it very clear no one had even scanned the document, yet alone read it properly before sending it. Not to mention the references to things completely irrelevant to me - eg: “my wife” being mentioned multiple times despite my not having a wife now, or ever! Absolutely disturbing and shocking! Save yourself the stress and go for a more competent firm.

   I used HM legal to purchase my property, Rebecca rose represented me and I would recommend to anyone, this was a slightly complicated transaction but they really took the time to understand what was required and dealt with it amazingly, the communication and professionalism was outstanding keeping me updated every step of the way, there where many times I had questions when problems appeared and she was very easy to get in touch with and dealt with every problem quickly and efficiently which really kept the stress levels at a minimum, I really felt I was in safe hands. Fantastic company
