Terrible, I have been asking for 12 days for a phone call back from my lawyer and I’m being ignored, asking every single day for a phone call from Gary and his secretary’s say every time we’ll get him to call you, dont bother with this firm they don’t give a crap about any clients

Worst solicitors I have ever dealt with they literally do NOTHING to help you they won’t make a call to the police everything you ask them to do it’s always the same response “there’s not really anything we can do” the girl on reception is the rudest laziest person you could ever talk to you can just imagine her playing on snap chat while she’s speaking not even remotely interested in helping people and the main man Gary Harvey used to be a good solicitor in the area with a good reputation but not anymore unfortunately they don’t care if they help you coz they’re always going to have 100 more cases the following week, the police station is their bread and butter they’re not going to challenge the police who pay their wages think about it, they’re just sucking the teet of the government go with someone that actually cares about their clients, I had a case going for over 9 months they didn’t even call me once all I had was a letter here and there saying I’d been rebailed (after I’d phoned the police station to sort bail myself) they’re useless don’t give a monkeys about you or your case they just want the money
Shocking, I dealt with a young solicitor called Mr Farral who dealt with a case where I was innocent in a minor traffic collision. After the first time of dealing with the solicitors and trying to contact them multiple times I had to fly from Dubai to the uk at the cost of 1000s to attend a court hearing, not knowing it was a full on court case. They had not only told me about this, but that they just did not continue to represent me! With a clean license all my life and the fact I would possibly have to fly back again. I had to plead guilty giving me 6 points on my license! The solicitors firm is a total and utter joke! And I wouldn’t recommend or touch them ever!!!! They don’t know what a call back means!!! Go to a better firm.
Just terrible , they really don’t know what they are doing
He was not help ful! First of all he told me to plea guilty to a crime which I was not guilty of and refused to look at the evidence even shown to his face I shown him to prove otherwise! Failed to recognise that the police failed to follow protocol! And failed to defend me ! He was useless! Unprofessional! And didn't turn up to my hearing! All for money no-work put in! Craig from gamlins Solicitors took me on amazing ! Definetly recommend gamlins Solicitors ! Gary Harvey just wants paid quick and doesn't care for his clients!
Let me down badly
After weeks of telephone conversation with them and the arranged meeting at court they didnt turn up or have the decency to let me know not going. I had to ring their Flint office to be told they were elsewhere with another client. Totally unprofessional and disgusting. Beware as plenty of others about
