   Fabulous service from start to finish. My wife and I were conned into having spray foam insulation installed following a cold call. That’s where a fried of my wife’s recommend Stenfield who also dealt with her claim. As of this week we have just received full compensation for what we paid to have it installed but also the removal costs. Highly recommend to anyone who has had this faulty insulation installed.

   Fabulous service from start to finish. I was mis-sold spray foam loft insulation back in 2022 which was causing me some concern. After speaking with Stenfield the assured me they could recover both the costs for what I paid to have it installed but also the removal cost. The team were excellent and I am posting this review upon receiving my settlement. Can’t thank them enough this is a huge financial boost considering I thought the money was gone.

   Cold callers targetting the elderly. They use "Legal" on the letterhead but claim to be FCA regulated on the letter footer. Very contradictory and suspicious. AVOID.
