Anna was incredibly helpful, friendly, accomodating and professional. Paperwork was all professionally handled and reasonably priced considering the lengths she went to to accommodate our special requirements.

Contrary to the other sole review, I have nothing but praise... A week before I had a major op, I decided to make a will ! Anna G was able to sort out 2 mirror wills, and 4 mirror POAs (Power of Attorney) for health and wealth; turned up on time for 2 'home visits' and 1 'witness signature home visit'; gave good advice and followed up the admin well (chasing up us, and our son, as necessary for required signatures etc.) All this was completed in the 7-10 days before my op. I was pleased to not have to worry about the urgent timescale. (In retrospect, I would advise anyone NOT to leave things that late in the day! : - ) 3 or 4 months later, Anna confirmed that all the POA official government docs had eventually arrived (these take a few weeks to complete, after they have been set in motion), our son's signature/s received back, and everything had been stored by her safely (at very minimal cost per year, and with no charge for minor updates, if necessary). We got copies of everything, for our own files, at no extra cost. So yes, I survived my hospital op, and can tell this tale. 5 out of 5 stars.
Very unprofessional. Your business with her is conducted in reception in full view of strangers. Lack of empathy as her business is only conducted with her payment in mind regardless of the parent you are grieving. Loo
