Absolutely disgusting. Letters of threats of court action for something that was thought to have been resolved by Premier inn in July/August. Customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. Contacted them twice to give permission for someone to talk on behalf of account holder. They don’t have record of it. They’ve also responded to many of my emails. They then hang up when you ask for a contact to escalate the matter further !!!

The most unprofessional company I have ever come across. Wrote to them, recorded delivery evidencing payment. When called as no response they said they do not have a legal responsibility to reply to correspondence. If you disagree they simply end the call. You cannot speak to a Manager they simply cut your call. They know the parking ticket has been paid 4 months before sending a court summons. They simply say it's our fault for not correcting their error. Summons arrived while in hospital but apparently being seriously ill is not a valid excuse. They have refused to withdraw the claim which would cost them Β£14. We have had to pay Β£313 for an application to set aside the judgement and so far Β£500 in solicitors costs as they won't communicate with us. They won't even respond to our solicitors letter or telephone call. Simply say they have judgment will send in bailiffs as we did not correct there error.

0/5 Please read this review. DO NOT pay this company a penny if you know you have not breached any parking rules. Especially when they send you a letter with no pictures of your car with no date and time stamps. These clowns will chase you with letters, phone calls etc, ignore them, do not engage with them and await a court letter. Go through the process, engage with the court letters (or they'll win), deny the claim and give your evidence, take the phone call with the mediator (who told me I parked my car for 2 days, laughable!). Then they'll disappear! When you stand up and challenge them back they dropped the fine from Β£200 to Β£60. I did not pay them a penny, and was prepared to go to court with these bullies. Unsurprisingly, the court threw the case out as this company will disengage when they have zero evidence. They are chancers and hope people will pay with their intimidating letters, don't fall for it. If you know that you have not breached your stay, do not pay! I hope this helps someone!

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option, the constant harassment via phone and letters over a parking charge that I had disputed multiple times with the parking company. Then sold on to debt recovery with little to no sympathy or interest in actually resolving the real issue at hand. Faulty Ampr equipment. Be grudgingly attempted to fight my corner to no avail just increased threats and court letters. This system and company only want you to pay and nothing more. The system is dishonest and corrupt. Leaving you little to no options as the law is bent in favour of the parking companies and bailiffs

If I could rate 0 stars I would. We (reluctantly) paid a parking fine from 2020 from the notorious Newquay carpark everyone seems to have been fined for. We paid in full and then a month later they kept our card details on file and took more money out of our bank. They said they issued a refund but so far we haven’t received our money back. They are an awful company to deal with and their staff are rude and aren’t helpful at all. We are taking legal proceedings against them for taking money unlawfully.

Update: they pretend to be helpful and ask you to contact them, however they give you contact number that is manned by 1 person it seems. They are currently being investigated by BBC watchdog for dodgy / unethical practice, I advice people to get in touch with their experience. They were notified by the County court business centre i was no longer living at an old address. They continued to send letters there and the claim was allowed to proceed and now I have a ccj and at risk of losing my home. Awful company, knowingly sent county court letters to old address despite being notified now have ccj and at risk of losing home

Be VERY AWARE when takin their service. I took their service for a Charging order I was told all process up to withdrawal stage will be Β£719 by a email. Well, oh my gosh it was not they will put more fees later on like some legal fees and others that will build up to huge sum example charging me for email response then they ask for another 600Β£ and then told me that there is even more to pay all that for a Charging order way over 1000Β£ and I mean well over so think twice before instructing them. I am now taking steps to recover proportion of that. Adding that overall service is very poor and my complain took weeks because someone was on holiday and the was sick good luck if you decide to take their service.

Truly awful! Got a parking ticket, tried to resolve with them through email, phone, WhatsApp etc… I got hung up on, spoke with four different people who said four different things this lasted for months even to the point we came up with a payment plan which they said they wouldn’t tell the courts of this and proceeded to take it to court. They want to train their staff adequately, this sort of thing can really affect people.

Call handlers literally have no clue. Told me 3 / 4 different scenarios / payment deadlines within 2 mins. No problem paying the fine but the people who work there clearly need some training as non-factual information can have serious consequences to someones financial life.

I paid a parking fine Β£10 a month to dcb . Rang last week to check how much was outstanding, only to be told iv already paid it but they have carried on taking payments. Iv requested a refund which they said would take a couple of days, I'm still waiting a week later . Not happy.
