So I sent my tax return stuff off to the wrong address, apparently they've not been at that address for over a year and failed to inform me, also failed to update Google. 2 weeks pass and they haven't done much to help me out or get my accounts right. No interest what so ever, kept saying ill do it this day and then never did. I did my own self assessment as they wanted me to add everything up anyway and they were gonna charge me £200 for them filling the form out. Accountant tried doing it today after 2 weeks of waiting and this was her response to finding out I've already done it. What a lack of professionalism this company has, I was on the fence about leaving them before as they have never shown any interest in doing something until it comes to taking your money. AVOID.
