   Professional team, won the case before it has properly started at the court. And no fee at all! My first and hopefully last legal dispute.    Gave poor advice that could claim 3 times deposit without having conducted due diligence on the landlord. This riled the landlord up by waking a sleeping giant. The landlord filed a successful CCJ against the tenant and no portion of the deposit was returned. Copious washed their hands off the tenant and left them to fight their own battles. Be aware! They take on high risk clients that have rent arrears, and excessive damages and in some cases the deposit doesn't cover the said damages. And clients have ended up with 1000s of pounds worth of payments as they've lost against the landlord.
