A park with plenty of interesting features. A large duck pond, tarmac on paths suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. The carpark gets but there is a carpark just outside less so. We met for a walk at rhe cafe which has outdoor seating
Great Victorian park with cafe, lake, bowling green, paved walks, benches and bandstand. Extensive playground, car park close by football pitches. Main gate modelled on Buckingham Palace
One of my favourite places in Birmingham. The atmosphere reminds me the old good times. Time for a tea and relax feeding the birds. Lovely coffee shop, try the coconut dark, my wife’s favourite
Excellent and lovely park and always busy with parents and children for the play area. Also has a coffee lounge and bowling green. Often frequented by Pokemon Go players.
It's such a lovely, clean and well maintained park with a lot of facilities. There is a massive pond with lots of birds, a big children's playground, crown green bowling, tennis courts, a cafe, toilet facilities, and lots of pathways that are nice and easy to walk on. Very good disabled access. Also, there is plenty of parking and very close bus stops. The trees here are absolutely beautiful, stunning to see and walk through. Well worth a visit at any time of year.
Beautiful park, clean and well kept. Very dog friendly. The lovely cafe was a bonus, too.
Duck pond was closed due to Bird Flu but otherwise pleasant and clean, lovely place the cafe looked nice and would give it a try next time I visit. Would love to see the bandstand in use
Great for the kids. Lots to do. Has it's own place for food and drinks. Plenty of outside seating for the good weather.
Great fun for the kids! Even enough space to ride a bike. There's also a lake that's full of Ducks and Geese too. There is a proper path all the way around the lake. Good for when the kids need to calm down a bit.
It's a fantastic park with a big selection of play equipment, large areas of grass for playing, a splash pad, wide paths ideal to take the kids bikes, the cafe serves dairy free ice-cream. There are 2 lots of toilets. The cafe sells duck food and its a lovely walk around the pond to feed the ducks, geese and coots. There's onsite free parking however if you drive round the back there is also another small car park and street parking as that carpark gets VERY busy.
