   Sunday 14th December I went with my friend and childrenfor the umberslade Santa experience 7 of us all including 3 children and the experience was very poor and expensive for what it was. Spent approximately 1 hour and did not cater for toddlers. Prior to the event we were not told we couldn't take photos with Santa as there would be a photographer present instead for extra cost. Poorly sign posted too.

   They only do private parties during term time which is a bless as you get to have the whole place exclusively. We just hosted our daughter’s birthday party there. It was truly perfect. I can’t think of anything that’s not enough. We had a great experience communicating with them from the beginning. They were always responsive and easy to talk to. The woods and the cabin were absolutely beautiful. Staff on site were amazingly helpful and patient with our young kids. The catering service was one of the best we had. We truly appreciated it.

   Had my wedding here on the 29th July 2025 and it was amazing!! So magical!! Such a beautiful place and so much to do for all ages!! Just stunning from start to finish!! The staff and wedding organiser were fabulous and I couldn't reccomend this place more

   The best fun for children and adults! We really love this place loads to keep the children busy and wear them out. Zip lines assault courses beautiful to walk around. The prices to get in are excellent as are the add on's (£2.50 each add on) for zip line archery and tree climbing! The staff are so lovely and thorough with their checking of safety equipment. We absolutely loved it!

   Amazing experience, great choice of lots of different choices of many fun activities including tree climbing, zip line, Giant zip line and a playground for the kids and much more. Lots of tables to eat dinner there and a great place to be out with family and friends .

   We visited in the summer for Umberslade by Night and it was a real highlight of the year for my children. Beautiful surroundings, and the best adventure playground imaginable. They loved the freedom to run around and play on the ziplines in the dark! There was a great display from a fire eater, and the kids enjoyed the mini disco. It was nice to finish the evening with a hot chocolate around the fire.

   Kids between 5-13 had plenty of fun, well worth spending few hours. Beautiful Halloween decorations. Tree climbing and zip line is a must.
