a van rammed me in the side in 2019, 4 years later still not been paid out for it and ive been told its gone dowm as both parties fault even though a vans came out of a junction when he shouldnt of cant even get hold of them anymore to find out whats going on
Absolutely useless firm. Please do not use! I am a key worker and my husband was a first responder. A few weeks after the first Covid-19 lockdown (April 2020), a gardener with a trailer rammed in to my partner's car from the driver's side. It took him over 6 months to accept liability and pay for the car damage in April 2021. We had a court case this morning for the car hire and personal injury and the firm decided to accept an offer to settle out of court without our consent, which was below what we were entitled to. That is downright unprofessional! And i think the solicitor should be reprimanded! All through the case, they changed the litigation solicitors, then even implied we were dishonest! They seemed to side with the opposite side continuously. I am so angry!!
Rushton Hinchy where excellent throughout my claim. I was kept up to date from start to finish. My case handler was Michelle, she was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend.
Do not use!! They’re unresponsive, continuously send confidential letters to incorrect addresses, and do not take your claim seriously. My original examination after a serious car accident was less than 5 minutes over a WhatsApp video, where the severity of my injuries were not picked up. I’m now being told I could be charged upwards of £636 for a re-examination now my “recovery period” if the new report does not support the original. This is with the doctor advising me the injuries I have sustained from the accident have had such an impact I need scans of my spine. I previously wrote an honest review which is the only way I got a response, purely because they wanted this removing. I have now requested to no longer be represented to Rushton Hinchy and will go somewhere where my injuries are investigated without a potential £600+ charge.
Rushton Hinchy provided an excellent service for a non fault accident claim that my husband was involved in.
