My advice is to keep well clear of this underhad company! They somehow got involved in a claim I was making against Tesco Insurance and I was led me to believe they were Tesco themselves. In actual fact, they are an independent claims management company who are only interested in offering you credit to pay for repairs and car hire and then claim the costs back from the insurance company concerned. If they are unsuccesful in getting this money back, you are then responsible for the costs! In my case they persued my case for a month, during which time I found them very unhelpful - they did not respond to my E Mails, they did not answer my phone calls and when I finally did contact them to complain about their service, the said they were not progressing the claim! I am now in contact with Tesco, but I am a month behind with my claim! (Thamks Stocalfe!)

Shocking service after they get the claims they leave your vehicle non standard repair and they just leave you to get it repaired at your own cost The whole purpose of them is to manage and return your vehicle after being repaired Clearly not the case This is what they are claiming they do We take the stress out of your road traffic accident by providing a full accident management service that is transparent and efficient. Update 17th July 2023 Just to say and despite the reply from Stocalfe down below in this review , I am no where closer of getting my issue resolved Yes I have been contacted by Stocalfe team and they sent an engineer to review and has agreed there is defective repairs but after getting my a quote through BMW and sending it to them I’m back to square one as Stocalfe has not replied to my email to the next steps. I’ve been extremely patient with them bearing in mind the accident happened in December last year and also a no fault claim. It seems I’ll have no other option to than to take them through a small claims court.

Stocalfe have been one of the worst companies, I have every worked with. No communication at all throughout the process and everytime I call or email, noone assists or passes me to management. The hire car was picked up and one would assume that means my car would be repaired and ready. I get no update and have to chase myself. Then I find out its been in storage for 2.5 months nothing has repaired and they are refusing to fix it. All with an accident that wasn't my fault and I have been left high and dry with no car and they are refusing to release mine which is still not repaired until my actual insurance pays a fee. This process has been ridiculous and I recommend noone deal with this company.

Dealt with these utter con merchants by accident and 2 years later, I'm on the hook for £4k and the stress is still ongoing. After a very straightforward, no fault accident (someone changed lanes into me, they admitted full fault), I googled my insurer and must have accidentally clicked the wrong link and my call went through to this mob, who done nothing to identify themselves and actively hid their identity as a third party. They answer the phone as "The Claims Team" and when I asked are they Churchill, they replied "Yes, we handle claims from Churchill". They went on to arrange my hire car, which I had on my fully comp Churchill insurance. I asked is this a courtesy car and I won't be charged for it. They replied "Yes, we're arranging the car as a courtesy and any costs will be recouped from the other party on your behalf". I asked this twice if no charges would be on me, and they said no, all will be reclaimed from the other party. Roll on a few months later, I find out I called a third party claims company, not my insurance provider, my hire car was a credit hire and not a courtesy car, and I am liable for all charges if the third party don't pay up. 2 years later, it's going to court and I'm on the hook for £4k. Avoid this mob like the plague.

1 week and 4 days since the accident happened and I still didn't get a replacement car. My car is a total loss and I need to wait for the payment to get another one, but I supposed to get a hire car until that is sorted. On the day of the accident (Friday) they said I will get one Monday the latest. Monday when I called they said that someone will call me back to confirm when I will get the car, and of course nobody called (they never do). Tuesday when I called they said that they have cars but no drivers to deliver so they asked to wait till Thursday. When I called Thursday, they said the car will be delivered in the weekend, and of course that didn't happen. Monday I called again and spoke to the Hire team but they said that they have no cars and a complaint has been sent to the manager and he will contact me first thing on Tuesday. Surprise, nobody called until lunch time and I called again, they still couldn't tell me when I'll get the car and the manager will call me in 4 hours at my request, but nobody called. In all this time I can't go to work and close to get in trouble for that. I'm more stressed with Stocalfe than the day of the accident. Very dissapointed with them and I wouln't recommend to anyone. Well done Stocalfe! You managed to ruin every one of my last 11 days!
