   We were assisted in the sale of our home and purchase of our next by both Jill Winder and Abigail Taylor and I cannot recommend them highly enough. At every occasion where I requested an update I received a response the same day, whether by telephone or email, which was so reassuring during a process where you so often hear of solicitors "going quiet" or being unreachable. At times when there were delays relating to other parties (vendors, lenders) both Abigail and Jill were kind and offered reassurance to me when my nerves were absolutely shredded from stress and worry. I gather that conveyancing very rarely runs as smoothly or unproblematically as anyone would like, but I know that instructing Kennan Doyle was the right call for us in efforts towards making this part of the process easier.
