   Stay away from woman,an absolute disgrace to her profession...helped to start a housing disrepair claim 2 years ago for my friend and neighbour and she breached her contract with poor excuses as to why the works were not carried out in the timeframe stated(90-120 days) yet she made her money whereas her client was paid a pittance in compensation and works were never carried out or chased by this solicitor...contact via Whatsapp or text with very poor grammar even finished a sentence with LOL!! not what you would expect from a solicitor! Due to her negligence have been able to cancel her poor service and go to another solicitor who were shocked to see her correspondence and so called service that she breached.Very suspicious of her 5 star reviews that appeared around the same time as previously she had 1 review that was poor.She hascaused nothing but dispair and anxiety due to her poor service. Check her out on companies house ...she is a 1 man band ...never can get an answer as her office has no other staff like she makes out. Dishonest on many levels. Please donot put yourself in her greedy incapable hands.

   Made up with the service and support from SHL on my housing disrepair case against MAGENTA LIVING. Full damp course throughout ground floor and roof remedial works completed. Also the solicitor won me compensation and decoration vouchers and I was able to remodel the whole house now it’s free from damp, leaks and other issues!
