   Myself and my girlfriend had recently used Kennan Kay & Co solicitors for our recent house purchase. 10/10 from the start all the way up to our completion last week. A massive shoutout to Christine our conveyancing solicitor and all the team for being helpful, keeping us posted constantly and most importantly getting the whole process done in a speedy and professional manner.    Brilliant Service Highly Recommended. We have just used Kennan and Kay for the conveyancing of my late father's house. All the staff were absolutely brilliant, providing a compassionate caring and fast professional service. They took care of everything with only having to contact me when absolutely necessary. The buyers Solicitors were difficult to work with but with Christine's expertise and Wendy's suggestion of a completion date to work to the sale was completed.
