   Used take the lead services, the woman who owns is lovely n was fantastic with my big boy storm, they got on great n she even got to witness storm asking for his dinner which is something on its own. I was sent pics n messages telling me how storm was whilst i was working n i found this really made my day n was a nice touch to her visits, i cant say enough on how happy i was with her services, will defo be using again.    Our Springer spaniel loves going for his walks with Jo and he loves spending time playing with her in the garden. Jo has been extremley professional and reliable right from her first visit. She keeps us updated on what our dog has been doing and we feel at ease that he is having a good time. We would definitely recommend Jo to anyone looking for a dog walker.

   Jo has made going back to work so easy. I work part time so needed someone to take Paddy a walk for me in the day. I was so worried about leaving him with anyone because he is our baby! I knew when I spoke to Jo it wasn’t going to be a problem. Jo is warm, friendly and professional, Paddy loved her from the minute he met her, she has taken such good care of him for us. Paddy loves his walks with Jo and even though he is strong, Jo has managed to get him to walk nicely on the lead for her. Jo makes sure all Paddy’s needs are met and always leaves him settled with fresh water. Jo is trustworthy and reliable, you can tell she genuinely loves animals, with the added bonus that she is qualified in canine first aid. We are really happy with how quickly Paddy has settled into his new routine and all the lovely pictures and videos we get from Jo. We would definitely recommend her for the care of your furry friend!

   Joanne has been wonderful with me and Sadie (my puppy). I was very nervous about leaving her for so long whilst I was at work but Joanne went through everything and sent me photos and videos showing how happy my puppy is with her. She met us before to make sure Sadie was happy with her, learned her commands and answered all my questions. We went through the paperwork and everything was made clear and straightforward. I trust her with my dog and in my house. She is always respectful and professional. Definitely recommend.
