   Crazy to see after a year and hardly no reply . You refuse to remove a ccj that was wrongfully put in my name. This needs addressing. It's actually quite worrying. That you don't look at the full evidence. I have all the information that states I don't everything correct and yet yous till refuse to remove it. Causing untold stress

   Excellent experience with this company. Each step is clearly explained, and the costs involved. Thomas Higgins calculated all the costs and interest involved on our behalf which made the claim straighforward. The debt was settled quickly once the court action was put into motion. All messages to TH were responded to very promptly as well. Very positive interaction and would heartily recommend to anyone with outstanding debt collection problems.

All late fees are calculated for you, along with legal fees. Payment has finally been received 2 days following the letter being issued. Would highly reccomend.

   Very efficient. Everything is automated. But if you are the type of person that needs the occasional human interaction to clear up whats happening this is not the company. Make sure you have all the correct details and check via company house for addresses etc. The company I was chasing changed their address at some point without notifying, so I ended up wasting £30 and was asked to pay again to resend the initial debt letter.

Their costs are fair, lower than ALL other companies I've used but they follow your instructions immediately. They communicate with me throughout the entire process.    I find this works for me, usually a letter before action, I don't use this lightly only after months of chasing for a payment and I then prepare myself to go further after the letter, you will loose your customer but there is a difference between can't pay and won't pay, I wouldn't chase someone who couldn't pay. The service is very easy to use, I have never had a problem at all with Thomas Higgins and they get me the results I cannot comment on the service after this as I have never had to go to court but I'm very satisfied with the service I get.
