    My insurance company decided to use this company to assist in a claim against a large cooperation, lack of service and danger to my tenant. We felt piece of mind we would get some support when we had solicitors on our side. Unfortunately this has not been the case. Over a year later, and continuous amount of chasing they have barely got the ball rolling. No contact from their end unless chased. We have gone through terrible service 1 time around and now with this company it feels as though we are going through it all again.

    I was extremely sceptical at first upon reading reviews as I had no choice but to use DWF Law LLP due to my previous insurance provider selecting them to handle a fraudulent car accident claim made against me however I can honestly say the experience has been brilliant from start to finish even with the hurdles we have faced along the way. I want to say a massive thank you to Patrick Pitchford for handling the matter and contacting me through various points via telephone/email to ensure I was updated. It has been a lengthy process, however 3 years later my case was won (100% not liable) and I can now put this headache behind me. I massively appreciate the support and effort gone into securing not only a win but costs due to myself for the inconvenience of it all.

    Over a year ago I had a letter from them, I did not hear any more. My claim was not my fault but because they never went forward it was stale mate. My letter I received was very unprofessional: 1. Dear All?? Not my name 2. They sent a frightening letter saying that should Court proceeding commence? 3. If you have any queries contact the writer? No name on letter. 4. Actual letter was photo copied and double printed on bottom, looked very suspicious.

I was involved "in an accident," but the third party was claiming personal injuries and a bunch of lies that I could prove with pictures and even with a witness. But I have to thank Gareth Griffin, who was so helpful, kind, and such a professional since day 1. He didn't stop until we could demonstrate the truth, and they were able to close the case with no further action taken. He was such a relief during the most stressful time of my life.     I was assigned DWF by our legal costs insurer after our boat was involved in an accident. I found them to be consistently unresponsive and didn’t feel like we received any useful legal advice. When we gave our solicitor instructions based on our own best guess, we often had to wait weeks for any action to be taken. It was clear that we were at the bottom of their to do pile. Very disappointing and I’d encourage others to avoid.
