Kelly provides a really professional service. She sent photos and video's every day of the cats, which is really nice
I knew within five minutes of meeting Kelly that Valky Pet Care was the one for me. Punctual, organised, experienced and professional was my first impression. I left 3 cats, 2 goats and 12 geese in her card for over two weeks, got daily updates and photos, and came home to find relaxed animals in clean housing and all my instructions followed to the letter. She also did the important little extras like watering my plants. I recommend Valley Pet Care very highly, and will use Kelly's services again whenever I need to go away longer than overnight.
My dog Rosie loves going to paddock play sessions with Kelly. Rosie gets to run freely in the paddock in complete safety with other dogs, adding an important social aspect to the session. Rosie has fun with the toys, and paddling pool Kelly has provided in the paddock. Kelly is professional, reliable, and most importantly Rosie absolutely loves her.
We have been using the services of Valley Pet Care for quite some time and cannot fault it. Kelly is absolutely brilliant and very dedicated to all the dogs she takes care of. Our dog has a paddock session each week and loves it and actually waits at the window looking out for Kelly. She loves playing with her doggy friends and adores Kelly. It is extremely good value for money, Kelly collects and returns our dog to our home so it is a very convenient service. I’ve used Kelly at Valley Pet Care twice now and have been very happy on both occasions. The first time Kelly looked after our Golden Retriever and he had a great time with her. On the second occasion, we asked Kelly to feed our flock of Aylesbury ducks while we went on holiday. Unfortunately a fox managed to get into the ducks enclosure and killed several ducks. Kelly handled the whole issue very professionally, all the time communicating with us to provide updates and agreeing actions. We were very glad that we had used Kelly and will certainly be using her services again in future.
