   I have worked with stirks for the past 25 years - both from a business perspective with two of my businesses and from a personal tax perspective. They have been absolutely fantastic for the entire period. When I first started working with them with my first business they helped me set everything up correctly and advised me on so many different aspects until I sold the business. We went through some rocky patches and I totally relied on Richard Hudson. He kept me steady during periods when otherwise I probably would have walked away. I’m glad I stayed and I will be forever grateful to him for that. I still use Stirks on a personal capacity now and trust their advice on all manner of things. I would recommend anyone looking for good expert advice to contact these guys. You will be pleased that you did.

   Told Melanie I'm homeless and to speed up the process for me. 2 week later. Forgot to phone me back, then told me she might get round to it this week. All my friends on site found out how much they were getting after 1 week. It the fact she didn't phone me back Friday I had to phone her Tuesday when open. Then laughed when I asked what's happening and told her sorry isn't good enough she laughed. Well I'll save £70 going to my mates accountant and it'll be done quickly. Don't bother waiting guys over priced service. Complaint going through today.

   We were recommended Stirk when we started our business 5 years ago. Since then we have grown year-on-year and Richard Stratton has been an integral part of our business growth. From getting advice from him in the early days, when we were contemplating taking the plunge on another salary to take on our 1st member of staff, to helping us do an acquisition of another company, he has been invaluable. Some accountants simply do a tax return for you, and some are a mainstay of your business. Stirk are definitely in the latter.
