Absolutely useless - because my claim handler left the business no one has picked up my case. When you call them they are just as useless on providing you with any meaningful information. Waste of time
Absolutely awful company. Started the claim in 2021 I handed everything to them and when they asked for something got it done. They keep sending messages for this medical form now which I posted back to them. Every time you try contact no answer at all or response. Helen Roche who I was with left and I past on to someone else then someone else. My documents have gone missing and they're blaming me. Now they have sent a letter saying I've got 14 days to return it or they'll charge me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Definitely got to speak to the legal ombudsman with regards to them! (This is an edit) After sending them an email about going to the legal ombudsman they miraculously found my medical report I sent to them in 2021 and they were threatening to charge me for the whole case for not sending the report. I then asked if they needed anything else and have had no response.
Following an accident 16 months ago, they still haven’t issued the court papers to the 3rd party despite saying the papers were ready a year ago. I try constantly to call and email and they never answer. I am having to pay high insurance as until this is sorted out I am paying for a fault accident that wasn’t my fault. I recently emailed to notify of a change of address and still no response. I do not understand why my insurance company use these solicitors at all, this is a terrible company I have never known a service like it, it’s far from what you would expect from a law firm. I really wouldn’t give any stars if that was possible. Please avoid this law practice
Same as the last person’s review. My claim has been on going for nearly 2 years, I’ve been trying to contact them for two months through there switchboard I either get put on hold and nobody answers or told they will be emailed with everyone in there department cc’d in to contact me urgently and nothing oh and Paul Blakey who is dealing with my case is now gone . I have today contacted more than car insurance who have logged a complaint against them over lack of communication and the length this has been open
Andrea Balshaw is a disgrace so as to is the company. no communication, no one answers the phone absolute joke. wish i could vote less than 1 star to be honest
They do everything the can to avoid giving you money and do not provide good customer service skills they try and be argumentative in a professional manor rather than helping you. Avoid using RSA law and More than car insurance. Would of voted 0 stars if possible
Terrible company. They never answer the phone and rarely reply to emails. I have an ongoing claim and they are so slow. They never chase anything up, it’s just left to sit there unless you keep on at them. Still awaiting my money back, still heavily out of pocket and no sign of getting any payout any time soon. I’ve been dealing with Andrea Balshaw and I’ve been less than impressed. If you have the choice use a different company, otherwise expect to be chasing everything up and waiting months for your money.
