   Absolutely disgraceful this company booked a mini bus a week prior to today was promised everything was sorted....they sent one taxi made us late for a christening I had also booked one for the way home and again sent one taxi I rang them to complain and all I got was we are busy what's the point in pre booking a week in advance then? Left us all stranded thanks for ruining such an important day deffo won't be using them again!!!!..... unfortunately you have to give them one star to leave a review... They don't even deserve a star absolutely disgraceful!!!

   Had a very polite and friendly taxi guy. I actually rang the taxi company and let them know how great their worker is. I decided to give a compliment and let them know. As all anyone does usually is complain! The taxi company was very grateful and said how nice it was to get a compliment. It goes a long way to be nice. Try it and give someone a compliment

   Yesterday, my mum who is a venerable person, used this taxi company yesterday. The taxi man tried to add an extra £10 on to her taxi fare as the meter had gone over by 0.80p. The man then refused to take my mum home and then rang other men to come to her house for the last of the money. Teach the men that drive for this taxi company to respect woman. Scaring a woman is not doing your company any good. If it wasn’t for the male friend that came out of his house to see what was going on who knows what that man would’ve done to my mum. Awful disgusting company.

   customer service was awful, I checked how long the taxi would be and the woman on the phone was so rude and condescending. If you want to get a taxi i advice you to stay away from this one and call somewhere else.

   Only one star as I can't give no stars. Taxi booked the day before for an early morning train from Wigan North Western to London. Driver rings me 5 mins after he was due to pick me up to tell me he's only just been given the job and say he's 2 miles away. Now no chance of me making my train. Thanks Hindley Taxis!

   Left my 17 yo daughter stranded. Booked for 22:30 and never arrived. Despite several phone calls and promises that a taxi would arrive had to make other arrangements at 11:45 to get her home safe. Will never use them again.

   Just got in a taxi from my grans house, it said £3.60 on the screen and I gave him a £10 not and got £6 back may only be £0.40 but I expect the to get my full £6.40 change absolute disgrace of a driver. This was at 22:05_22:10 on Thursday 11 July 2019 Always thought it was a great taxi service now I don't ripping me off because they had wait 5 minutes, can't help having take care or my grandma.
