Arrived fairly quickly. Got to my appt on time. Nice driver and kept informed of when taxi arriving. Cant fault them and price was good. Would defo reccomend. Thankyou. X
STAY CLEAR! Totally unreliable. Appalling service. Appalling customer service!! Booked 2 taxis for set time after 21st. Neither showed. When called they said they don’t guarantee taxis at set times. What a stupid thing to say when they accepted my booking early that day. If you take on a job then do it! Leaving people stranded is an awful way to run your business.
Absolutely shocking service from Premier/Britannia, 50mins late, what’s the point of pre booking a taxi with this bunch of clowns, don’t use them if you’ve got to be somewhere on time. Not even worth 1 star
Do not use this taxi service if you want to get to your destination on time.....20mins later no taxi. Called up and they said "we don't do guaranteed bookings". If they don't do guaranteed bookings then why book a taxi and why run a taxi service? No taxi turned up in the end. Absolutely shocking service. And they don't actually care..
User Uber instead. Called these guys last night when in desperate need of a cab. There was an elderly man in our group of four. "We will be there when we can." I asked what this meant. Did it mean a minute, an hour, several days? The operator considered these questions."weird" and refused to give a timescale. Half an hour later I received a text saying the booking was cancelled. Use Uber. Put these dinosaurs out of business ASAP.
Pre ordered a taxi 2 hours in advance, the guy on the phone was great said it was all booked. 5 minutes after it was due we rang up asking if it was close and a different guy told us there was no car available and they won't book a car until there is one in the area. Because of this we missed our train to the airport! Skem cars were much better!!
Booked a taxi from Liverpool airport three weeks prior. Got a text to say its on the way plus drivers phone number. Great communication, nice car and driver was a good guy. About 25% dearer than we were quoted or I'd have given it 5 stars.
This company is absolutely fantastic. Friendly drivers, clean cars, punctual and always arrive on time. I've tried multiple taxi firms around the Wigan and surrounding areas and this one has always been the most reliable and professional. Thank you for getting me to work safely every week. Used Premier for the first time last night, booked over the phone although there is an app available. Text updates throughout, car was on time, driver white British, friendly yet professional, clean vehicle, drove the correct route home and charged competitive price for the time of night. I'll definitely be using Premier Cars again. No negatives.... Recommend.
