APEC Driver turned onto road I was already on, I got into a gap in order to let the driver through and he called me a knobhead, twice. He shouted this out of an open window regardless of kids and families that were passing. If you have kids or a family, think about using another company.
Me and daughter was stranded by an Uber driver in Runcorn from Halton hospital to Runcorn train station saying we had booked taxi to the wrong train station he said we needed the east one which we didn’t told us we had to edit it and pay extra which app wouldn’t let us so he kicked us out and we lost our money and find out they charged us more and in fact we hadn’t booked wrong one after we had picked up by apec taxi as we google a taxi firm in Runcorn and apec came up and I can’t thank the company enough for finding us and getting us to our right location not sure on who the driver was but he picked us on Runcorn spur road
Excellent service. Their driver went above and beyond to help us get to hospital when we’re so badly let down by Halton taxis.
Zero stars this company can’t arrive on time regardless of how far in advance you rung them..if you are catching a plane, train, ferry anything they take no notice of your instructions, Runcorn deserves better roll..bring on Uber
Airport tranfeService very poor. I booked a taxi in the morning for airport transfer in the evening on the 18/12/2022. Taxi did not turn up.I phoned several times to be told that there are no drivers available and taxi was cancelled . I had to phone other taxi and I nearly missed my flight. I will never use them again.
Reliable, quick and all the drivers that have picked me up are super friendly
Absolutely poor service. I phoned for a taxi from my home And the driver couldn't find me . I was standing waving. And still drove pass into the new build in Grangeway i won't be using this firm again I did give clear directions . And still got it wrong
