   Always reliable. Will go above and beyond to make sure you get in time. I had a pickup to go to the station and the taxi driver Dave called me 5 times! An hour and a half before my pickup to say that if I want to make my train it’ll take about an hour longer with the snow (normally is a 20 min drive) He came an hour earlier and drove me so I can make my train in time. Thank you guys so much! 10000% recommend

   I regularly book these taxis on behalf of an elderly gentleman who has limited mobility. They have always turned up on time for him and kept me informed of his pick-ups. This morning I required a taxi so used the same company. Josh was our taxi driver and he is a credit to the K&M team. Very friendly, polite and helpful. We are also impressed that Josh's vehicle can accomodate a wheelchair user and also has additional seats in the back too! Thank you for the very positive experience!

   K&M collected us yesterday for wedding in Standish. Gave his card for return trip. phoned at 9.45 for a pick up and was told it should be 10.45 at the earliest. waited outside in the rain...no show! phoned again and thr said eventually they would send another taxi in an hour as the first one did turn up (no idea where though). . Never appeared again. Booked an uber which arrived in 5 mins....Avoid unless you like waiting for hours in the rain

   Use this taxi service everyday morning and night to and from work. Since February time. Occasionally use it for my own commute transport also. However he’s. to say all taxi drivers, Josh, jered, Paul etc are all friendly, even the office ladies. They’ve helped me out a lot with getting taxis promptly and on busy days Aswell. But there’s one individual who just doesn’t enjoy his job you can tell the way he speaks to his custome. was late to a taxi once and had the hair dryer treatment from him. This time I waited outside when making the call was told 5 minutes it’ll arrive, granted I was late however didn’t know my taxi arrived due to them providing a text arrival status service. This time i booked my taxi outside waited it didn’t arrive I was stood outside for 15 minutes and had impression it was sent to my work address. I called the place to ask and was yelled at for not waiting outside.. to which I was? One individual with bad customer service has let the team down. I’ll use Bluestar from now on they’re also cheaper! and I’ll also provide my customers to them also.

   Never use them again. This is horrible taxi service. It takes ages to wait for the taxi. It happened few times that their taxis never came, and they blame for each other that they didnt take the booking. Don’t ever book for them if you need it for airport or to work, because they also don’t answer your phone as well. Also their open door price is £3.70. If you book for the one in Wigan, it is only £3. Premium price but sh*t service
