   Taxi was booked days in advanced with a window of an hour leeway, as it was required to ferry us to a drop off point in the early hours to meet the coach that was taking us on holiday. Failed to materialise having recieved notification of dispatch. Had to scramble around for a lift at almost 02.20am. Unreliable.

   Thanks very much Alfa for leaving me and my 82 year old parents stranded at the airport at 1:15 am!!! Despite booking the transport weeks before. We ended up stranded for 2 hours in the cold before we could get someone to rescue us. If I could give -5 stars I would. You are truly deplorable. Only after many phone calls did you tell us that you wouldn’t be picking us up by which time we were freezing cold and then had to try to arrange alternative transportation. You are unprofessional and a disgrace.

   Just because an ex. Operator who left your firm 18 months ago I don't understand why her address wudnt be allowed a taxi when a customer needs a taxi this is unjust and completely wrong regardless

   Should be shut down, taxi 157, number plate DN67 ENX causing major disruption on the a55 going 50mph in the right lane, causing merging traffic having no where to go. So much for a ‘taxi’ service

   The driver arrived at the time agreed and the he was very friendly and chatty. The car was clean and tidy and well kept. The price was very competitive and the text alerts re the driver arriving was very useful. Very happy with my booking.

   An absolute shambles of an operation. The company does not accept advance bookings from train stations (though you still wait 15 mins in the cold if you call when you arrive): The company also texts you minutes after you call, saying your driver has arrived (which is not true, see above); and finally The driver himself is gruff, declaring he only accepts cash (no warning from the operator), then lies that "no taxis in Widnes accept card payments" (some do), and then rambles on about losing money if he had a card machine, like we're still in the 90s. At the end of the journey he asks me if I have spare change to make a note (but if he only uses cash, shouldn't have change? The logic escapes me). If I wasn't a victim of circumstance I'd have asked someone to pick me up. I shall plan better to avoid using this service again. Know what you are submitting yourself to.

   Taxi pulled up then pulled away very fast before we could get in. The door of the taxi was open. Could have really hurt someone. Did phone to complain. The operator told us they knew exactly who it was and it didn't surprise them
