   We took up their offer of a spot in their private parking area close by. We're always made to feel welcome here and their free coffee is always on offer. The staff we have come into contact with are professional and friendly, there's no doubt they know what they're doing. As Solicitors they aren't the cheapest but over the years we've dealt with many different solicitors and these guys are definately the most responsive. It's nice not to have to keep constantly chasing to keep things moving.

   Our experience with Knights to sell and buy was outstanding. The legal advice was sound, our solicitor Robertas (assisted by Thomas) was personable and professional, seemed to pick up on everything immediately, proactively prepared documents and contacted people anticipating our decisions. He made things happen, got us in before a key date and all the paperwork was seamless. Highly recommend.

   I would seriously question the level of service provision and professionalism at Knights Chester; as well as, the charging policy. I was charged way in excess of the fees initially quoted - partially because the partner involved billed every hour at his charge out rate - even for basic administration. This is in spite of the fact I was told that a more junior member of staff would undertake most of the work - she attended all of the meetings. Mr Haines also insisted on pointless rambling irrelevant phone meetings (which cost hundreds of pounds). He also billed me for time he spent discussing his families health issues and to watch him eat a meal (in the middle of the afternoon at a meeting he scheduled in a pub!). I have never known anything like it in all honesty.
