Just got a taxi home , I didn't even make my front door and I fell to the floor having an epileptic fit , the driver got out of his car to ask if I was ok twice , many thanks to this driver he went above and beyond to help out , this lad is a credit to your company. Most drivers are pleasant n chatty I would recommend this company
We booked a taxi for our annual Christmas day out in Liverpool. Turned up right on time our driver Scott was a top bloke. He joined in on our mad conversations and played Christmas music for us. He also brought us home and turned up bob on time. Couldn't fault them at all.
I am writing to raise a concern regarding a recent taxi journey to John Lennon Airport. When I booked through the app, the estimated fare was shown as £19–£20.40. However, upon arrival at the airport, I was charged an additional £6 for the car park, a fee which was not mentioned in the app. To clarify the situation, I called your office. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke to was rude and dismissive. She informed me that the extra charge was for the car park, and although it is not shown in the app, I would still need to pay it. She then told me that if I was not happy with the service, I should use a different taxi company next time. I was very disappointed with both the unexpected charge and the attitude of your staff. Thank you.
I had the most amazing taxi driver, late monday night, my cat had a accident that we thought was serious, so we had to get to the pdsa in Huyton, so as always I go to abc taxi, and I get a driver with in 5 minutes! This taxi driver was called joey i belive! He was great chat all the way there, he made me feel calmer by having a laugh with me, andtelling me stories about his family and me sharing mine, when we got to the pdsa, he asked me to ask them how long the wait would be with we were told about half hour. He waited! We were a little longer than half hour as a few more emergancys came in, but he didn't grunt or anything, he just patiently waited for us to come out, as it was just me and my mum, he didn't want us having to fight to get home! This was about midnight on the tuesday morning, going back home.I can not thank this man enough, he didn't charge us for the wait either! You helped so much in a rubbish situation! So a massive thank you to you! Ive gone over his photo as I dont have his permission!
Absolutely ridiculous way to treat customers. Phoned a taxi to work this morning. Rang back after 20 mins to be told that Runcorn area is gridlocked . Fine , we all know that happens. Rang back nearly an hour later to be told the job board has been cancelled and he told me so. Ok so why I am stood outside my house waiting then ? She said they assumed I would know the taxi was cancelled ! I explained I work with Sen kids and they're waiting for me . Not on , keeping people waiting for a taxi that will never come. Phoned Apec and she came out in two minutes . Might be stuck in gridlock but at least I can update my employer .
Probably the best taxi service I've used. The person taking the booking was extremely polite and repeated the booking back to me for confirmation purposes (Usually taxis rush things and get it wrong). The driver was on time, kind, chatty and even waved us off at the airport! There's even a link they send you to follow your taxi so you know where it is. Card/cash accepted too. Finally a modern taxi service :) Fully switched over now to ABC.
Booked an airport transfer three weeks ago for 29th December. When I requested confirmation on 28th I received this reply - ‘I have found your booking for tomorrow morning, but unfortunately we don’t cover that area. There has been a system error which has allowed you to book via the app. I can only apologise. Regards’ If I’d trusted their booking system and not chased a confirmation, we’d have been totally stuck.
Fast and good service. The taxi app is amazing at showing the wait time and where the drivers are. The drivers are friendly, my most recent driver, Danny Holmes, was great to talk to on my way home. Thank you ABC
Fantastic service. Friendly call operator, even rearranged my taxi time for me. Fabulous driver, Joey, courteous, efficient and prompt. Definitely recommend.
Extremely rude staff!! I called to cancel my taxi just to get a call back 20mins later at a silly old lady kicking off at me down the phone! Teach your bloody staff some manners and teach them how to do their job right. I’ve now been blocked from using there services because they couldn’t see I cancelled it!! Would not recommend at all to anyone. Update- went to call back to explain and the lady who I can only assume is called Karen, then went on to block my number
