   Mike was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, made the start and end of the holiday so much more chilled and relaxed. Picked us up from home on time, loaded everything up for us and dropped us right next to terminal entrance (explaining to us exactly where the jet2 gate was we needed, before even walking through the door). On the way back we were grounded on the tarmac for almost an hour until they arranged a shuttle bus for us back into the airport...... Mike had tracked our flight, made contact with us while we were sat on the plane still....... We explained what had happened and he said no problem I'll wait for you, and there he sat waiting for over an hour until we finally got to him. 5 star service at extremely fair prices..... Will use again every time I travel from the airport. Thanks so much !!

   Just wanted a jacket that was left at my address delivering to its owner in Holmes Chapel, said no driver was available. Probably being safe, not sure. Other than that, nice polite telephone manner.

   Arrived early for my booking so we departed on time. Polite and professional. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. I am not really one for small talk but the driver did try, so he did his part. Only 4 stars because they don't take contactless and the driver didn't wear a mask (this was a few weeks ago when Covid-19 rates were higher). I'm trying different taxi firms before making a regular booking and this one is definitely on the shortlist now. EDIT Jan 2022: After trying a few different firms I settled on Barnton Travel for my regular booking. They were pretty consistent with turning up on time even when my times changed. Cars were always clean & odourless; the drivers were polite & in fact really friendly. Since Omicron became a thing the drivers have been wearing a mask as I preferred. So up to 5 stars. tl;dr: Highly recommended. Room for improvement: Contactless would be a bonus.
