Another brilliant service provided by Picks Travel. Day before travelling details regarding the driver and the taxi were provided followed up by a message confirmation. When I landed the driver was there waiting for me and arrived home at no time with a friendly and professional service. Highly recommend.
Great experience with Picks Travel. I had Stuart as driver and he was a gent. He checked in with me the day before and arrived 10 mins early for the scheduled pickup. We had a great chat about the current state of Liverpool football. Really enjoyable experience using these guys and will be using and recommending them in the future.

We've used Picks Travel twice now for early flights out of Liverpool John Lennon Airport. At 5am you need a reliable service and that's what we got both times with the driver turning up bang on time. Yes it's a little bit more expensive but we've never used such a reliable service. The drivers are great too and the cars are clean. recommended,

Great service! My husband and I had to get from Liverpool to Heathrow Airport but there weren't any trains that left early enough to get us there on time. We looked at multiple long distance taxi services but we couldn't find one that seemed trustworthy and had more good reviews than bad. We ended up asking our hotel for recommendations and one of them was Picks. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they had 5 star reviews, so we booked them. Our driver was early and waiting for us as we checked out of our hotel. They were very kind and got us to the airport in great time. We booked an estate car and there was more than enough room. We've never taken a taxi long distance before and weren't sure what to expect but it was great! We would highly recommend Picks Travel. If we are ever in the country again and in need of taxi service, we'll definitely be using Picks.
I have been using Picks Travel Liverpool for all of my transportation needs for the past year, and I have always been extremely satisfied with the service. This is a first class service with extremely good communication. Going to Manchester airport we were picked up by Adrian who sent a message giving his location and eta. Paul picked us up 3 weeks later and again the communication was first class, he came into terminal 2 and took us to his vehicle...2 minutes away. It was our first time with Picks and I will use no other company in the future.
I am really glad I booked with Picks !. There is prompt and clear communication when booking and in receiving confirmations and with subsequent communications, you do not need to chase them at all as they are good communicators and updaters too which is great !. On the day I received updates so I knew whom would be my designated driver (name and reg number), the gentleman transferring me was prompt (a little early which I do not mind at all !), very professional and friendly and the vehicle was spotlessly clean - with no weird smells and you didn't stick to anything !. In addition I felt very safe with my driver and I was whisked away to and subsequently from the airport very smoothly and very efficiently. At no point did I need to worry about whether as a company they would get back to me and whether the driver would turn up - least of all late !. There was no stress and no panicking when dealing with Picks, they really were a superb company to deal with !. I am a returning customer and had had really efficient service and superb customer care - thank you Picks !.
Booked Picks Travel for our transfers to and from Manchester airport. Ian did both runs for us and he was on time (early in fact), extremely helpful with the bags, and took over from the airport staff pushing me in a wheelchair to the car. Ian is very friendly and kept us informed of his whereabouts via messages and WhatsApp. I would highly recommend Picks Travel if you want peace of mind and a great, hassle free, service.
