Booked Triple zero for three pick ups and drop offs on New Years Eve. Was told to pay for both journeys up front. Was a bit dubious as to whether he would come back. No need to worry The Driver was very pleasant and arrived on time. Took everyone as close to their door as possible. Would definitely recommend Triple Zero
Very impressed with Triple Zero taxi firm. Came on time and notified me beforehand of drivers whereabouts. Driver was very polite and courteous especially with my Dad being an elderly gentleman, very competitive prices. Will definitely used these guys again.
Excellent service. Good value for money. Friendly helpful informative driver. What more could you want. Will definitely use instead of Uber when traveling in Bolton or surrounding areas to Horwich. I heard about the via word of mouth, can not fault my experience this morning. Thank you
I need a parcel delivered local to the taxi office. I dropped it off after 8.00pm and a very friendly lady dealt with the details. I rang next morning and I seem to have caught someone left footed as he didn't know anything about it. A few minutes later he rang to confirm it had been delivered the previous evening. Great service and thank you, very much appreciated. 5stars
What a Lovely Driver. I had left my purse behind in my panic to get to my sister’s house to accept a disability aid so she could be discharged from hospital. He was very kind and patient. He returned to take me home. I have to go again in a couple of hours to prepare her tea, thank you triple zero.
I use this taxi firm quite a lot and never had any trouble up to now. I rang a taxi on behalf of my boyfriend who normally gets one every weekend from my house. The driver that picked him up was extremely rude. Told him that he had to pay upfront and if he wasn’t a regular he could get out. My boyfriend said that he was a regular and he wasn’t paying upfront as he never has. The driver continued to argue back until he gave up as my partner just ignored him. Very rude and abrupt.
Never had a problem with triple zero although in recent times I've noticed a price hike I'm charged these days £7 for my local journey around 10-15 minutes, waiting times vary also varying on traffic conditions if your local horwich to Bolton £20.
0 stars. The rudest taxi company I have ever used. The base staff are extremely rude (resulting in them hanging up on me) and commenting that I was the issues before doing so. Unhelpful, extremely over price and disgusting. Overcharged for my trip home (tho news years eve) no mention of double time (trip was way before midnight also. The meter advise fix fare yet the driver doubled this once we got out the taxi. FIXED RATE means fixed not double. The driver also didn't display the cost turned his phone backwards so price was provided till end of the trip. £28 for 7mins journey. Facebook Post show a caring company and without customer there success wouldn't have been possible. How about using the overcharged prices for a communication course to provide additional training for your staff. AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!
Terrible! I called and asked if they will take adults and a dog, i was advised yes we have drivers that allow dogs, I booked for 11pm .. the driver arrives and at that point I came outside and said we are coming out I'm just getting the dogs lead, at this point the driver advised he doesn't take dogs and don't know when the operator booked it.. I asked if he could wait while I called the operator to sort it out as I had specifically asked about a dog... the driver then just drove off as I taking to him! Absolutely disgusting and rude! Will never use again as I when i called back they told i had got through to yellow cans which is a lie as I hit redial!! Disgusting!!
