   I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I had both of my dogs booked in and was hoping to get them cleaned up before our trip in three days since they’re coming with us. My partner ended up being stood up outside the salon, and I wasn’t told at all that she wouldn’t be able to take them. I texted and called with no reply. I asked my partner to try calling a few minutes later, and she answered right away—she said she was double-booked and wasn’t sure what happened. I totally understand that double booking can happen — we’re all human. Taylor said she’d review her calendar when she’s free to try and squeeze us in before we leave. She also offered to take my dogs the next day since it’s her day off. I explained I had a doctor’s appointment and asked if we could move it an hour earlier. That wasn’t possible, so I suggested 12 o’clock instead. That didn’t work either because “her day would be gone” — she insisted on 10:30 a.m. It’s really frustrating because I planned my whole day around taking my dogs to this appointment, and after being stood up, I was already trying to reorganize tomorrow. Yet she couldn’t adjust even an hour to accommodate me. Honestly, a pretty poor experience.

   My girl Kitty, yes she is a dog, is quite happy to be left in the care of Bling Babes. This I think, is a reflection of the comforting and welcoming atmosphere. Like most dog lovers I’m very particular about where I leave my girl. However, I have no qualms about leaving her at Bling Babes. And of course Kitty always looks beautiful after being expertly trimmed.

   Absolutely lovely experience. I have one young spaniel retriever who is very nervous of grooming and water. This groomer did an amazing professional job. She made him feel safe and calm the other is a young cocker spaniel who doesn’t like the trimmer noise but again she was patient and took her time with him and made him feel happy and comfortable. I would highly recommended to anyone. Thank you so much. X

   Really pleased with my puppy’s first groom. The staff have done a great job and were so lovely. I was nervous to leave my pup for the first time but felt confident walking away knowing he was in loving, caring hands. All in all great service and would definitely recommend!

   Yet again superb service and results from Taylor and her team, Peanut our Pomeranian looked the part after going to ‘Blingbabes Groom Room’ and smelt great too. You can tell that Taylor has a passion for all she does, giving us advice on grooming at home in between each visit. Thank you very much for looking after Peanut whilst he is being groomed with yourselves. It’s so good to know that he is being looked after, and that he is relaxed whilst in your care.    Taylor is so thorough and excellent at her job. My two kitties Mimi and coco had a full brush through and a hygiene trim. The girls were so relaxed and comfortable as they possibly could. 10/10 would recommend.

   Omg!!! BEST dog groomers ever! Ann and her team did such a beautiful job with my spaniel Winnie, taking her long fur down to a lovely, smart and manageable summer trim. I am so happy with the results. You can really tell that the team have a passion for animals as soon as you meet them. I am so pleased to have found a dog groomers that I can rely on to give such stunning results and care for my dog during their time there. They also fit me in last minute due to a reschedued time slot and communication was perfect. Thank you Blingbabes!!!

   This was my dogs first time at a dog groomer, and I have to say everyone made him welcome and kept him settled. The staff he are very friendly and welcoming. Mr Wilson now looks great thanks to the very professional staff. I would highly recommend them. Mr Wilson will be looking forward to his next cut.
