Rolo had his first groom here and wow what a lovely lady who made me feel at ease leaving him for the first time, he looked beautiful happy and smelt amazing when we picked him up she also explained with helping rolo feel at ease when he is being groomed.. Would recommend to anyone, perfect experience and perfect groomer.
First time using Alice. From speaking with her on the phone she was friendly, helpful and oozed an obvious passion for what she does Our Mini Schnauzer Geoffrey has a very distinctive grooming need and she's captured him perfectly. As we have a giant breed dog, we had issues finding someone to groom her. Alice is great with her as we can tell when she's excited to see her. As she is a puppy, we wanted to find someone who would introduce her to grooming at her own pace and Alice certainly does that. We have no worries leaving her with Alice. We have a happy and clean puppy each time and we can't recommend Alice enough!
