   Both of my experiences with this company were a complete waste of time. On both occasions, I was given a specific arrival time over the phone, yet the taxi showed up 15–20 minutes later than promised. Because of these delays, I arrived late to two separate meetings, and the responsibility lies entirely with this company, which failed to keep its word. A taxi service’s most basic duty is to provide accurate information and honor the time it commits to. This company clearly lacks the professionalism and attention needed to fulfill even that simple responsibility. Such careless time management and disregard for proper communication are simply unacceptable. After these experiences, it’s clear to me that this company cannot be trusted. I cannot recommend a business that neglects customer satisfaction and consistently fails to keep its promises. Until you take your service quality seriously, any claim of reliability is meaningless. If there really was a 0 rating here, it would be a company that deserves a ZERO.

   If you love your life do not book any taxis from this service! Awful rouge drivers who don’t respect speed limits and so confidently put the passengers and others lives at risk. I’ve booked from this company a few times as the only good thing was that they always had a driver available at all odd times of the day for airport transfers. When calling the office to complain about a driver you are put on hold or the manager isn’t available. Not booking with them ever again. Dangerous driving from the drivers.

   I wouldn’t even give ABBA a one star review if I didn’t have to. This is the last time I ever use ABBA. I rang this morning to book a taxi for 8am. Received a call at 8:09 from the driver the let me know his was on his way. I waited in the cold with my 5 month old only to realise he wasn’t coming! Tried to ring again and it was as if my number had been blocked. When I finally got through they told me there was no record of any driver ringing me. My baby has now missed his doctors appointment! Absolutely shocking! I have included proof of the incoming call from one of ABBAs drivers that apparently wasn’t made!!!

   AVOID!!! Book with ENA or Harry’s! Abba don’t turn up! Their drivers call you and tell you that they are on the way and then don’t turn up. Booked a taxi today that did exactly this, when I rang the control room they said nobody had rang me. They had, I suppose my phones call log is lying then! I have missed my baby’s appointment now thanks to them. They lie and are very unprofessional!!! I don’t understand how this company is still going. Rude, and very, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! It’s not just today either, it’s all of the time and when you call to see where your taxi is, they never apologise for being late or not showing up. One star rating is too high, should be zero stars but unfortunately google doesn’t let you leave that!

   Regular user in Warrington. Not let me down over many many daytime trips. One exception was this morning when I was picked up by the most internally grimy taxi I have ever had in the UK. They lose a star for that .... but every other ride I have had, has been on time and great.

   Awful service, didn’t turn up, missed train to London costing me £150. Do not use this company! Although if you live in Warrington you probably already know how bad they are!

   If I could give it a 0 I would. Shocking company, awful customer service, unreliable and never pull through. I'd rather walk home on glass with bare feet than have anything to do with Abba. DO NOT USE

   15 year old car, dusty and smell like mold and no air conditioner. What kind of comfort and quality check this cars go through? Obviously NONE! After that I been in several other cars, most of them 10 years or older and not clean at all, some looking really dirty that you are concerned about your cloths!
