   Missed a Doctor's appointment because of this lot (I booked in advance using their garbage app) Do not rely on this company for travel, even if you book in advance. AVOID. I will risk my health to use the bus from now on. I have screenshots of the driver accepting and cancelling my booking, 15 minutes after it was due to arrive. Second time an abba driver has gone AWOL for me. Genuinely useless for transport.

   Andrew is an exceptional taxi driver who truly goes above and beyond for his passengers. From the moment I got into his cab, I was struck by his warm and engaging personality. We had the most meaningful conversation during the ride—he’s a great listener and has such thoughtful insights. It felt like talking to an old friend. What really set Andrew apart was his incredible kindness and dedication. At one point, I had stepped out, and he went out of his way to come looking for me to ensure everything was okay. That kind of genuine care and effort is so rare these days, and it speaks volumes about his character. Andrew is also incredibly polite and professional, with a calm demeanor that makes the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. He has a great sense of humor, too, which made the trip even better. I can’t recommend Andrew highly enough—he’s not just a fantastic driver but a truly remarkable person. Thank you, Andrew, for turning a simple ride into such a memorable experience!

   Never been more appalled. Tried to book a taxi for a disabled client, and even tho the dispatcher and I couldn't communicate clearly, I was patient and understanding and may I even say very professional because I was doing this through work. Anyways, booking couldn't be created for whatever reason, fair enough, but then.... A "manager," immediately jumped onto the phone unprompted and was extremely degrading and hostile before hanging up. Buddy the call was about 5 mins long, and you wasted my time, not vice versa.

   AVOID AVOID AVOID. Joke of a taxi firm. I've never had good experiences with this taxi company. Taxis are never on time, and they're always "ROUND THE CORNER NOW" for an hour. Abba always overbook and lie about their availability. I've had taxis not turn up, been told "someone called and cancelled", just had taxis cancelled through the app... Once I was standing outside waiting and was told a taxi had been and gone, and been cancelled as I wasn't there (at a time I was standing outside waiting!). For years the only time I've used them is to get picked up from parties where it doesn't matter if they arrive at 1am or 4am. My LAST experience recently was part desperation, and part "it's been a few years, maybe things have improved". I will never ever use ABBA cars again. 3 hours before travelling to one of the train stations, I called Direct (actually amazing firm, in my experience Direct Taxis they are always on time, always honest, never overbook) and unfortunately Direct Taxis couldn't take my booking as they were fully booked. But could accommodate me 20-30 minutes later than I needed to get there just in time for a train, and they had no earlier taxis. I was catching a train, so had to call every other taxi firm in Warrington before finally submitting to calling Abba, as I had a train to catch. I politely explained I'd had bad experiences with Abba in the past, and that I was catching a train. I received an apology and was assured the taxi booked was no problem. I booked it over half an hour earlier than I needed it, plus an extra leeway of arriving around 20 minutes before my train was due (quick trip to the shop in the station would be nice and/or expect the cab to be 20-30 mins late). So, really, 50 minutes to an hour early. Quel surprise, the clock ticked down and it didn't arrive. I called every 5-10 minutes after it was 10 minutes late. Each time I explained it was to catch a train, each time I was told it was 5-10 minutes away. The fourth time I called, I explained that I'd just like them to be honest, as if it didn't arrive in the next 5-10 minutes, I'd miss my train. I was ASSURED it would arrive... Guess what it didn't. I ended up having to get a train an hour later, messing up meeting friends at the station in Warrington to meet more friends in Manchester. But NOT with Abba... I ended up booking a direct cab, which got us to the station with 5 mins to spare for the hour later train. When their cab was confirmed and 10 minutes away, I called to cancel the Abba car that STILL hadn't turned up TWO HOURS LATER... And they said "sorry it'll be about 20 minutes". Thank goodness I was calling to cancel the damned thing.

   Their reviews have been reset. They were 1.9 stars a while back. Joke of a service, dirty smelly cars, complain when you use card, never on time, customer service speak to you like you're out of line checking on late taxis they continually promise are on the way. Save yourself the grief AVOID

   Would give 0 stars if possible, 3rd time in a row I have pre booked a taxi HOURS before it is supposed to get here and for the 3rd time no one turns up, you call them and they say ‘oh could be 15/20 mins’ joke of a firm avoid
