   Just brought my dog home from a groom after being charged more than the agreed price, After about 10 minutes of being home her paw started bleeding heavily so I called up and she admitted to cutting her nail too short and had to plug the bleeding but somehow forgot to tell me. I’m disgusted with the service I have received, I understand that accidents happen but I should be told my dog has an open wound as it could easily get infected.

   Lou is an amazing groomer, I have a bearded collie called Lucy and Lou does a fantastic job. Lucy looks and smells amazing and so cute with the bows in her hair. I wish I had found Lou’s groomers years ago. Lou is a highly skilled groomer and Lucy always looks perfect. Highly recommend, thank you for making my fur baby look so pretty.

   Pablo's second visit to Lou this time for a full Christmas pamper session including Lou's mud fur shedding treatment. He looked great and smelled wonderful. Lou really cares about her work and you feel 100% confident with her approach and care for your precious one. She's such as lovely caring person and makes your pet feel special. Highly recommend her services.

   Lou is amazing at what she does ! She fixed my samoyeds fur for us after I botched it trying to do it myself, I went to multiple places nobody wanted to touch her . Lou not only sorted it out but she came back looking and smelling lovely. She even put a cute bandana on her which I thought was a lovely touch she didn't have to . The price was less than I expected for such a large hairy dog . Would highly recommend to anyone . Skilled and caring ❤️

   Excellent groomer. Please do not read the previous experience who gave a negative review. My dog is a nervous shy type and Lou was great with her. As it was my dogs first time having a groom, Lou explained everything. She made sure Poppy was comfortable at each stage of the groom. I was recommended and I will be recommending others. She really does help to make a dog feel calm in what must seem like a stressful situation when they don't know what is going to happen. I wouldn't let the previous bad review put you off. I will definitely be recommending

   I have a very anxious three year old romanian rescue dog, She has never liked going to the groomers and will snap at the groomer. She has been going to Lou monthly now for the last 6 months. Lou has worked with her and gets a little bit more done everytime we go. I have to stay during the groom to help Lou as my dog can be tempramental. Lou always explains everything she is going to do to me, and if my dog starts to react or becomes stressed then Lou stops straight away, she gives my dog lots of love, fuss and attention all the way through the groom. Lou goes the extra mile and gets treats in that she knows my dog likes, and has been reading up on tips to help anxious dogs so that she has been able to work with my dog whilst keeping her calm and making her feel safe. As a result my dog has let Lou clip her claws today- something which she normally hates, and she left the groom room happy, relaxed and contented. Lou is by far the most patient, thorough best groomer I have found in my 16 years of having dogs.
