   I always used this service when I lived in Chester and had to use it again recently rather than wait for an hour for a connecting train to N Wales. They are so good and helpful and turned out cheaper than an uber. My driver was punctual and we had such a lovely chat on the way home after my Xmas party, it really rounded my night off. So, thank you to the driver for some wonderful, uplifting conversation and all the best

   Worst taxi company I've ever had! I've had a few issues in the past with them and today has been one too many and that's why I've decided to write a review. I have mum staying with me at the moment and she is disabled so she uses a foldable mobility scooter to go around the town shopping, I called and asked for a car with a big boot to be able to fit the scooter and a shopping trolley in it they sent a car that didn't have a big enough boot so that driver called them and asked them to send an estate then after waiting in the cold for 40 minutes and needing the toilet they sent another car (not an estate) but luckily he's boot was big enough to fit everything in. They really need to listen to what their customers ask for and provide the service that I'd asked!

   If I could give a zero star review I would. Pre-booked a large taxi for 6 people for 2:30pm today. Got to 2:45 and no sign, rang up and no explanation just there will be 2 standard cars coming within 5 minutes. Got to 3pm and no sight of any taxi, rang up again and a rude operator said oh it was only booked for 3pm when I have email confirmation that it was booked for 2:30 and had rang at 2:45, no apology and poor service. Would not recommend, think they’re very lucky not many Ubers in the Chester area

   Booked a taxi six weeks in advance for a 12pm airport transfer, but no vehicle arrived on the day. Despite multiple confirmations, we were passed between offices, and it took 45 minutes for an 8-seater minibus to arrive — at a higher fare than quoted. Our driver, Stuart, was excellent, but the company’s lack of organisation and communication caused huge stress, especially with elderly relatives and small children. Pre-booking seems pointless with KingKabs. Fine for local trips, but avoid them completely for anything important and book directly with trusted local drivers or black cabs.

   Absolutely fantastic! The driver today was amazing! He was so helpful & with me within 10 minutes from making the call. My journey was from The Countess Of Chester to Ellesmere Port with my elderly dad who had just come out from being in A&E for a lengthy time.

   When Andy Over picked me up I was so happy. He took the fastest route while keeping in the speed limit. The taxi was affordable and luxurious. If anyone is in the Wrexham area, try to find Andy Over. He's very nice and if you want to, you can have a nice conversation with him. Would definitely recommend.

   Staying at a Premier Inn, we were booked for the lanterns at Chester Zoo. Called taxi from hotel which arrived incredibly quickly. Lovely driver (Leon) delivered us to Chester Zoo. Called again a couple hours later to be dropped back off at the hotel; again, very prompt arrival and a polite driver (Hashim). Would use again if ever in the area. Fab service.

   Mr Craig was fantasy yesterday(1/11/2022) when I boarded his cab from ermine road to bumpers lane. I forgot my mobile phone in his car while in a hurry to work. He was kind enough to bring it back even when I couldn’t get across to him. Nice one Mr Craig

   Booked transfer from Manchester Airport back home on line whilst on holiday. Flight was slightly delayed, passport control was a nightmare, but received calls from Will and he very kindly waited for us to show. Excellent service will certainly use again. To crown it all phone slipped out of my pocket in the car, but was brought back within a couple of minutes by Will.

   Drivers are always pleasant, but booking an airport pick up always seems to be a problem. A driver is only assigned after I land (though I booked the pick up for a particular time), so I end up having to wait 40-50 minutes after collecting my luggage and coming out through passport control. Such a pity. Great service, but need to get the timing of airport pick ups right.
