Would not recommend. We booked a taxi for 6 people to take my family home at the end of our wedding, and they sent a normal car. I pre-booked this a month in advance, and ended up having to come out (in my wedding dress) on the evening of my wedding to speak with the driver, who wasn't able to help at all. Will not be using again in future.
Used Ellesmere Port Transfers for an airport run from a central pick up, followed by a pick up at the airport with delivery to several different addresses. Both ways were excellent, on time, friendly drivers and clean comfortable mini buses. On return at Liverpool Airport, they were in constant contact and waiting for us at arrivals. We needed several stops on the way back, as we were women the driver was very professional and courteous, waiting at each address to ensure we were all safely in our homes. Such a brilliant service and would happily recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed. Thank you to both drivers.
Used Mitch, Andy and the guys for 2-3 airport runs per year for a fair few years now. We have never had a problem going or coming back! Always on time to collect us and always polite and friendly, please ignore any negative reviews and give them a try. I know that a couple of drivers have let the comapny down in the past, but that's been sorted now! Support this local comapny.

Couldn't recommend Sean and his Terrific Taxi highly enough. He arrived on the dot of 5am, drove 4 of us down to Essex for a funeral. He waited while the service took place, drove us to the cemetery [20 mins away] waited there and then to the hotel [social side] We left around 2.30 and were home by 7.30pm. The car was immaculate and the price very reasonable , much cheaper than train and taxis. 5* on everything!!
Had an awful experience with a taxi driver last night. Very rude. Swore on the phone when he arrived 15 minutes early and we weren't quite ready. Shook his head an muttered under his breath as we entered the taxi and made the taxi journey very uncomfortable. Continued to huff and puff when I paid by card! I think his name was Paul. First time using the company but I'll not be using again.
Ordered an 8 seater for a pick-up following a party, ordered a week in advance. I was kept informed via text messages of the status, taxi arrived on time, clean, professional service. We will definitely use again.
Have used them once a good while ago for an airport run and there were no problems at all and arrived on time both ways. Used them the last two weeks to pick up from the Burleydam and again can't fault them. What's good about this taxi service is that a real person answers the phone instead of other taxi services that are automated. The personal touch is still there which isn't there any more with anyone else. I won't be using anyone else in future!
Great service. Used TT for Airport pickup from Liverpool for family that were over visiting at the weekend, cannot fault their service or professionalism, pick ups on time and text messages/updates provided throughout planned journey. Highly recommended and will be using again. Thank you!
