Booked at taxi for 3:30pm for my disable son to pick him up from collage( due to me being at work). My son rang me at 4:00pm saying that he had not been picked up and so I rang the taxi company they said “he’s 5 minutes away” He never came and one of the schools teachers had to ring and book a new taxi. It’s now 6:00pm and he just got home.
