Absolutely stress-free, perfectly organised. Picked up bang on time by Mik, smooth journey to airport - in comfort with water and sweets! - then picked up bang on time for return journey by Lee for an equally efficient, well-supplied homeward trip. Excellent and reassuring comms - we knew where the car was going to be, knew when it had arrived, made contact in advance so we were able to coordinate properly. And, crucially, Mik knew of the latest changes at Manchester terminals so was able to guide us in, while Lee knew the exact route out of the airport to the pick-up spot so was able to guide us out. Could not have been better!
So pleased we booked with Wrexham Executive Travel for a recent pick up from Heathrow Airport. Scott was very prompt in replying to my queries. Confirmations were sent quickly and all correct. We had a reassuring confirmation text the day before our return too. On our arrival at Heathrow, we received a text from Scott himself to say he was ready and waiting for us and gave directions, with a photo, of where to head for. Scott was friendly and welcoming and helped us with our luggage to his minibus. Scott offered us water...and some sweets too. We were pretty tired after our 9 hour flight and it was lovely to spread out in comfort and dose in the back for the journey home. A great experience and would thoroughly recommend. Thanks Scott.
Fantastic experience using this service, communication and punctuality were excellent. I was kept up to date with our drivers times via text, the executive minibus was very clean and well equipped with water if required. Our driver, David, was great to have a chat with, which always makes a journey a little easier. Our flight home was delayed, but we were kept informed that our travel home from the airport would not be affected, very reassuring after a long flight. We will definitely use this service again.

Very disappointed had to chase them upto confirm the booking near to our holiday didn't answer our texts paid up frunt in cash including a tip and to let us down on arrival from our holiday we had to get a taxi from outside the airport want be using theses again
