An absolute joke! I stood outside for 15 minutes — no taxi anywhere. I called, and they claimed they had already been there. Ridiculous! Zero professionalism, a complete waste of time and patience. Avoid this company if you value punctuality and basic respect.
BV13 FEH. Driving round the post house roundabout at Chester like it's a race track. In the lane for Chester but then carved across the front of me to go on the A55. Terrible standard of driving. If I needed a taxi I wouldn't be ringing or tapping the app. 13/6/24 approx 04 50am
Half way through booking a taxi and the absolute d!ckhead as she was on the other side hangs up half way through after she told me that the place I wanted to go to “didn’t exist” vile woman deserved a slap
Not bad but a bit pricey compares to other taxi offices in Wrexham.

always call them to get home from work; staff are wonderfully friendly. prices are the same as other taxi ranks. would definitely recommend them!
Used this company for the very first time this morning and i'm more than delighted to say that it will be my LAST!! almost every taxi company in the wrexham area charges a fair price approx £6 from gresford to king street but £7 is a disgrace! really need to review your prices if you want to keep customers! never ever paid that much in the 8 years i have lived in gresford!
This firm has always been there for me when I've needed to get home of an evening and the buses have stopped running. The most convenient thing about the firm is that they're right next door to King Street bus station. For at least three years, any time I've had to use Town Cars, I've never had to wait more than five minutes. Friendly staff, smart drivers, clean cars, affordable fares and they tell you what the fare will be up front. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Best ever firm I have been with I am disabled and nothing is too much trouble for this firm they even get out and open the door for you,As for the lady on the phone she is always polite and helpful and if you have to wait for a while for a car which has only happened to me once in the last two years I might add and then only for twenty mins .she could not say sorry enough times bless her.More firms like that is what we could do with. The other taxi firms could learn a lot from this Taxi firm.Thank to ALL the staff
