    Terrible experience. We asked for 2 taxis. One came but the other did not. We rang several times and were told the taxi was on the way but to no avail. When we rang we received the same message. The last time we rang I was told my taxi was by eagles meadow. I was told this 10 minutes previous but the taxi was nowhere to be seen. I told the lady on the phone and was called “naggy” and was told they would cancel my taxi. I was not Nagy but I was firm, as a female who merely wanted to know if she could get home safely using this firm. I was not happy. Had she confirmed the taxi was not on the way as I suspected I would have happily gone elsewhere. I will not be using this service again.

    My taxi was late making me late for work even tho I called up a hour in advance I understand they can be late but for the receptionist to be as rude as she was was terrible. Worst taxi company in the whole of Wrexham you’d be better off walking where you need to go instead of relying on these. Never on time and so rude I genuinely thought she was drunk the way she spoke to me bear in mind it was there company being late by half an hour!!

    Once again excellent service our return trip to Manchester airport faultless. Driver arrived five mins early on way out and was very professional and on our return flight arrived half an hour early and they were waiting for us with excellent communication Would highly recommend and never consider using anyone else. Very reliable and good price.

    The drivers are on time but the receptionist lady on the line is very very rude, talking to her for 1 minute can ruin your day. It was like she is forced to take the job.

    Got a taxi home at 4:50am on my own, wasn’t really that drunk but the guy tried ripping me off. He said it was £6.00 for my ride so I handed him £20.00 and he said “have you got a pound” so I handed a pound over and he gave me £10.00 change and then started to drive. I didn’t say anything until I got to my destination but soon as I did I said, “thanks, and the rest of my change please..” he quickly said “ oh yeah, I couldn’t find it before” and handed my £5.00 without question. Funny how my found £10.00 and not 15...
