   Waited for 45 minutes and tried to say it was my fault. I was told the driver must have been their while I was on the phone to them booking the taxi 45 minutes earlier. The drivers I've had before have always been great but the one that eventually came wasn't a nice bloke so no tip for him. I wasn't happy about other things but wasn't rude to him. I have to use taxis a lot but I won't use them again.

   Absolutely shocking company , taken money out of my bank and now refusing to refund as the driver didn’t turn up and trying to blame my bank. Also driver Keith beswick is very rude refused to take me to the destination I was going too and threw my pram on the floor when I got out of the taxi , would not recommend using this company !!!

   Late arrival, when booked last night,called 3 times whilst waiting, arrived would take to liverpool because of his delay! I was half hour late, said does not take card, cash only and will take me to a cash point! And said company works for is awful, and agreed i should use someone else, i have used this company for many years! Never again!!

   As advised in prior phone call, I received the link to pay by card only to be told by the driver that he’s cash only. Had to set up a bank transfer direct into his account. Return trip had no Alpha drivers in the area so used a nationally advertised service instead, 4 minute wait and better value: a hassle free experience in comparison.

   I booked a taxi last night and was advised it was 20 minutes away. The booking was confirmed with a follow up email. After 25 minutes, I called for an update. I was told the taxi was "6 miles away". I then received an email saying my booking has been cancelled! I called again and was told my driver had "finished for the night" and there were no other cars available at all. Shocking, unreliable (lack of)-service.

   We hired a taxi for a short journey to take my Dad to a doctors appointment. A nice young man named Sean arrived on time. He was very pleasant and chatty. I rang an hour later for a return taxi. Sean picked us up again. Thank you Sean. We look forward to such a good experience next time we need a cab.

   Called for a pick up and the man in the phone was rude and ill mannered. Grunted where I want to go and all he said was no and hung up, turn down business if you want to but at least have some common courtesy

   Just tried to call a taxi for this evening, went through all my details only to be told I would have to call again after 6pm. Why?? Operator could not be bothered. Took my business to Argyle who had no problem with my booking!

   Some of the rudest people you will ever meet. Will straight up lie to you about timings which is to be expected but frustrating. Call on a night time and listen to them clearly not want to take your call and push you off the phone as quickly as possible. Use Uber if you can if not pray they actually come.
