I was having a nightmare with my local taxi company that we used all the time as I wanted to pre book a taxi and I had a 12 week old puppy in a bag and my elderly Staffy that both had appointments at our vets just down the road, I was told that “I could not pre book a taxi” AND “The way things are now with animals we won’t find anyone to take you” you would think I was asking would a taxi take a grizzly bear ………Anyways I rang these guys & they told me they were dog friendly and then pre booked my taxi for me , without any issues, so for me personally the extra services like taking a dog and the quick, no fuss or drama when booking a taxi means I will only use here from now on, the contrast between the two companies was night and day.
