   I recently used mersey cabs for a night out. The driver arrived on time I received a text to say what make of taxi was coming and the reg number. The drivers both journeys were excellent and the taxis were spotless. I will definitely use them in future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them 10/10.

   Used this cab service today from Liverpool to North Staffordshire, had a good drive home, best driver we have ever come across. He was pleasant, courteous and helpful along with been a very good professional driver. Would not hesitate to use this service again.

   Made a promise to turn up half hour of the call we made several calls after that saying they were getting a driver we are now still waiting after one hour 10 mins promised arrival time still no cab. The operator was not embarrased about the delay no driver available. Her name was Keeyley. Disgrace

   Came to Liverpool for a hen weekend. Had a black cab from our hotel back to the train station. Our driver Ted! was lovely he had a proper scouse accent and we loved it. He was really friendly and courteous and charged a decent price. The people of Liverpool are great.

   We used this company to book cabs for my friend's wedding, 2 months in advance - very specific details were given (on their request) regarding times for each cab and who would be in each (5 cabs in total). On the day, the first 2 cabs to take the groom, groomsmen and grooms family were over 30 minutes late. Numerous calls were made to chase the following 3 cabs - the excuse that was eventually made was that a male from the group had turned the final 3 cabs away as not needed - despite the fact that at this point there were no males left at the hotel, and the hotel reception staff also confirmed that no cabs had arrived at the hotel. at the point of being told they'd potentially caused the cancellation of a wedding, the dispatcher seemed completely shocked and unaware that this was what they'd been booked for. the final 3 cabs never arrived, we had to snag one dropping off and found someone at the hotel who offered to drive the bride. Would never use this company ever again.
