    Terrible service I have not ordered six bottles of water, and this is not the first time this has happened. Despite my previous email regarding the same issue, I did not receive any response. Furthermore, one of the bottles delivered previously was faulty with green algae!!, and although I reported this to your customer service team by email, I have still not received a reply.

    WOW WOW WOW WHAT CAN I SAY absolutely usless, I placed an order in February with culligan water, I was told I would receive notice of delivery, the out of the blue about a week later, I had a phone call from the driver I was at work so I cancelled the delivery and order die to the lack of communication. Now 3 months later which is today I get a phone call asking me have I received the invoice hahahah. People stay away from this company they are an absolute joke they will be in liquidation before ya know it. I'm also leaving a reveiw on culligan water site two. Absolutely shocking

    Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. I was forced to close down my business in August 2021, contacted the company to advise of this and was told I was tied in with a contract until October 2022 (even though my original contract was with Angel springs) , advised them that the business bank account would be closing down and was told someone from billings would contact to update my billing details, didn't hear anything until December 2023 when I was sent debt collectors letters, I paid off what I believed I was due (hiring of the machine and the environmental charges, but I refused to pay the cleaning and servicing charges as my water cooler hadn't been serviced for months before I closed down my business) I've asked multiple times for my account to be closed and for my cooler to be uplifted, and keep getting bills through for the account for an account I advised 2 years ago was to be closed. I don't think any of the staff for this business communicate with each other as I'm constantly reassured it's being dealt with but then sent more letters and having more cases opened instead of having any resolved! Absolute joke of a company and would advise everyone to steer clear.

    This company is so unprofessional - steer clear. We tried to cancel our account (and were happy to pay out the remainder of the contract, and have since) as our office was closing. Conversations began in September, as our landlord was closing doors end of December. It was difficult to get a response by email or phone, eventually they sent us an invoice to pay the remainder of our contract. We obliged but they never showed up to collect our unit. We have since moved office, and had to bring the unit with us. It is now May and despite claiming that the unit would be collected on several dates, we still haven't seen anyone. I have come into the office on each occasion to bring the unit from storage and waited only to have no one show up again. This saga has been going on for 9 months now with no resolution in sight. Don't waste your time.

    Keep away from this company. We have 2 offices. We have tried to cancel our 2 accounts due to the lack of work and most employees now working from home. The cancellation is ignored. Water still comes and we receive invoices. I initially told them we cancel the accounts from the time being and will renew when the situation is better. I am now sure we will not get involved with them anymore. I have written this review on Google. They want reviews on TrustPilot, as it is easy for them to remove negative reviews. I have just tried to cancel again 10 minutes ago and received an email: Thank you for requesting a quote!

    Absolutely shocking service! Took weeks to deliver water in the heatwave and have taken more than a month to reply to my email! They have charged me for cleaning the unit when it hadn't been carried out. Never had any problems with Office Water Coolers before this company took over. DO NOT USE!

    Took over from our previous supplier "AquaPoint" and it hasn't been a smooth process. The previous company were excellent always servicing our needs with a friendly smile. Not had any water in two weeks. There is nothing logical about how they have serviced us this is for sure. The whole office is pretty much dying of thirst while they gladly take money and are unable to say when the water will get delivered. We will be cancelling our subscription.

    We have had water coolers for some time via Water Logic (previously when it was Angel Springs) We have regularly had poor service from them with delivery of water not being made causing us to run out and being unable to use the coolers. Recently the customer service has gone rapidly downhill. We are charged a monthly charge for hygiene servicing which has not been carried since January when this should be done quarterly. We have raised concerns of potential issues with this (such as legionella risk) and requested an urgent service which has not happened. We are actively looking into other companies to supply our needs now. They seem to get lots of fake reviews on trust pilot (you can tell as they all specifically mention a name) The google rating is much more realistic.

    Literally the worst company on the planet for customer service, do not try and contact them at any cost. Been trying to get some water sorted as an existing customer and I may as well be trying to get hold of my long lost Dad, it would be easier. Go to a real company most of them pick up the phone within 3 rings and have it to you same day. You should be ashamed.

    Waterlogic never contact us when delivering water, or when they send someone to do the required maintenance. They will just turn up out of the blue which is a big issue. Their charges have doubled in the last 5 years as well which seems ridiculous. We had a 36 month contract with them which expired several years ago. There was no clause or condition about a rolling contract after this or a termination notice however they have tried to insist that we have to give them 3 months notice. After calling up (endlessly waiting in their call queue and on hold) they agreed to just take back the machine with no notice, however they have not done so and have invoiced us another month. After another phone call and waiting on hold their finance department said they would get back to us but haven't. I have emailed their customer service email (which states they will come back to us within 24 hours) however this has not been the case and e-mails are just ignored. They seemed to be desperate to keep our business but still cannot effectively communicate or action items which should be relatively simple. Do not touch these guys with a barge pole as they don't seem to have enough staff and think it is fine to send people into your office without any notice or warning. Our account number is 1110054 in case someone from customer services wants to review our e-mails and phone calls.
