Would absolutely recommend, I've been taking my chow chow Nala to rihan since she was a puppy, she's now 15 months old, she's very patient with her as Nala can get a kitten nervous. But she does a wonderful job every single time
Rhian has a fantastic approach taking everything in the dogs time. My puppy has been twice now and he is happy to go in and be left. I'm am so pleased to have found someone who uses the approach I want for my dog rather than rushing him. Rhian is very knowledgeable and has spent lots of time chatting with me about what I want and how I can help my dog with his grooming. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

We took our border collie JD in February. We really like the fact that Rhian chooses natural products without all the harsh chemicals to use on the dogs she sees. As we do this at home we really felt that it was the place we wanted to go. Before the appointment we spoke about what she recommended and what we wanted. When we mentioned his dry skin she was able to tailor the products she uses to him which was fantastic. When we picked him up he looked amazing and the products she uses smell incredible. She was able to adapt with him as she said he was a bit nervous and as he had had a stroke not long ago he wasn't as stable on his feet. We were so happy with the results and Rhian is so friendly and professional. She's amazing with JD. She is definitely the person that we will be taking JD to from now on. We Can't recommend her highly enough.
